Return & Refund Policy – Aarvee Living

At Aarvee Living, we take pride in delivering premium-quality home décor products. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you face any issue, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 7 Days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

⚠️ We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, color preference, or design liking.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at aarveeliving@gmail.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you with return instructions.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the product passes inspection.
  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after approval

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we bear the shipping cost
  • Otherwise, return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
